What does the order state about your responsiblity to pay for dental procedures?

Who as final authority to decide disputes regarding dental procedures?

If you don't pay, this may result in a motion for contempt. Thereafter, your defenses can include that she did not inform you about the braces and the braces weren't necessary (assuming they weren't). The judge will decide this dispute.

I agree with Paula. You left out the part of the agreement that answers the question.
