Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

MY ex wife and i have joint custody but she is the primary..i pay child support and she does not work. Do i have rights to claim my kids on income tax and can she let anyone claim them other than me

You can only claim them if your divorce papers permit or if she signs an agreement to allow you to claim them. As for whether a third party (such as a new spouse) can that depends on facts you did not give us.
