Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My wife left me but wont divorce me
My wife left me a couple years ago. I have been taking care of the kids, letting her see them on the weekends. I have been waiting for her to divorce me but she wont because of cost, she has no job.
Is it possible for me to divorce her without having to pay legal fee's, I would also like to start getting some kind of financial support from her.
Thanks for your help.

The only way you will be able to proceed with your divorce and not incur any expenses is to represent yourself "pro se". You may be able to recover attorneys fees in your divorce case, but most attorneys consider that as a reimbursement to the client. Attorney's are forbidden by state bar regulation from accepting divorce cases ona contingency fee contract.
I don not recommend that you represwent yourself in a divorce case, especially when children are involved. The issues can be quite complex and the stakes are high. Remember, in a divorce case you will be subjecting your personal and family life to an outside third party judge.
