Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My wife left our home over 2 months ago. She wanted out of the marriage. Neither of us has been able to afford to file for divorce yet. She now has nowhere to go and insists on moving back into my home. Can she legally do this if I do not want her to?

You can't kick a spouse out of the marital home unless a court so rules. Yes she can live there.
