my wife and i are legally seperated, is it legal for her to hack her way onto my email account and read my emails with out me giving her permission or the password or anything?

Georgia doesn't have legal separations, so were you legally separated by a court case in another state? Discuss this with your lawyer as there is no such thing here.

Having said that, hacking into an email account is a felony. Call the police or FBI.
