Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My wife and I live in different cities in georgia and she has filed for a divorce that I am not contesting. I received and uncertified letter where she has asked for child support and alimony that I did not agree to. She says a corut date was set, I did not receive a notice. I need to file a motion. How do I do this and what are my legal rights?

You received a letter asking for child support, a court date may or may not have been set, you need to file a motion for something (since you did not say), and you want to know your legal rights? Legal rights about what, specifically? Your case is obviously contested, so you need a lawyer.
If your case was filed without a signed settlement as to support and custody and all issues it was contested on day one. You had 30 days to answer and file any counterclaims. A contested divorce is one where you certainly need to retain a lawyer.
