Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My wife and I were loaned/use a bedroom suite in 1998 from a friend who had no place to store it. We still have the bedroom suite. My wife and I are getting a divorce. It is now 2010 and soon 2011. Whose bedroom suite is it ? Ours or the friend that let us borrow it for 13 years ?

Do you understand what "borrow" means?Why do you possibly think it is anyone other than your friends,' who was probably kind enough to loan it to you for such a long time? Is that the way you treat friends? Call your friend and ask how to deal with it.
