Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My wife is in the middle of a child custody case and the father say she is unfit but nothing has been found. The child has been told by the father that he is suing her so that he can financially drain here and she can afford to take care of the kids and he would be awarded custody and take the kids away. Is this grounds for a unlawful lawsuit and can the original case be thrown out?

The answer to your question is no, and your suggestion is not helpful. What weould elp is for you to make sure she gets a lawyer immediately. Every day without a lawyer makes her situation worse.
