Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
wife rcvd.house in divorce non contested.see was to refinance in her name to clear me from debt.she has not done that can i still go to that property.to this point there are no court orders that she has filed saying i cant.

Without reading the papers there's no way to tell you, but if they say what most papers say, you'd probably be committing a criminal trespass and could go to jail.

Once the divorce is final and your wife is awarded the house, it is her separate property and you have no right to go to the house. Your papers should have specifically stated the amount of time she had to refinance. Without knowing the specifics of this provision, it is impossible to answer your question.
