Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My wife and I separated for a short period of time, we both begin to see someone else, but now we are back together and her ex love refuse to stop texting, calling, FB etc. When legal right do I have as a husband to file charges

You have no rights to stop him. Georgia bars suits for alienation of affection.
She can stop them with a single complaint to the police for harassment, but since she has not, you may need to consider if she wants them to stop. With one keystroke, she can block someone of Facebook, and the police would handle the other for her. So it's pretty obvious she wants the contact or at least doesn't mind it.
Your sole remedy, if your wife does not act and you aren't okay with that, is you can file for divorce if you want.
