Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
If a wife does not sleep with her husband for years and then he commits adultery, is she responsible? Why should she get alimony? Can he counter sue (if that is the right word)?

That's not a legal excuse for his adultery and of course she's not responsible. If she's not sleeping with him, and he objects to that, his remedy is to get a divorce first. There is no way anyone here can guess who, if anyone gets alimony or anything else, as we have none of your financial information. The one thing that is apparent is that you needed to hire a lawyer quite some time ago, and should devote Monday to that task.
