If a wife sleeps serprate from her husband and denys sex, is that grounds for divorce?

Since Georgia has a no fault divorce ground, that's generally not going to matter. In a contested divorce, one might argue that this conduct loosely fits cruel treatment, but it's probably not going to affect the outcome in most cases. In most divorces sex ceases well before the case is filed.

Probably not. It could assist in proving one of the 13 causes for divorce in Georgia. Since we are a no fault state most of our divorces place no blame. They simply end the marriage.
