If my wife works for state courts office as a clerk can I get a change of venue for a conflic of interest on a divorce case

Doubtful. Since divorces are heard in Superior Court, someone working in state court isn't even in the same court.

It is possible, since often State Court and Superior Court clerks work in the same office. Ask a local attorney.
