Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
my ex wife got a one year protection order against me 2 weeks ago and the it had very strict orders as to whom (my ex and I) will do the child exchange.
The 1st pick up was at my house 30 mins early without notice to me of anything. The girls were picked up by her mother. The next time it was at the designated restetraunt but this time it was her aunt. Is that legal in Ga.?

No one here has read the order so no one here can answer you. However if the order is violated you are the one who goes to jail. That means you need to call the lawyer you had at the TPO hearing and if you don't have one you MUST get one and ask.
I agree with Mr. Ashman. A TPO order is not something you want to try to figure out. If it isn't clear, have your attorney review it. Do not get sucked into violating the order as you will be the one to be incarcerated.
