Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

wills

My grandma passed a few months ago. Everyone listed in the will had to sign a ''signature list'' so I did. It's been about 4 months and I haven't heard anything from my aunts or uncles. Can the have a will reading without me. How can I find out if the will has been read?

Re: wills

A so-called will reading is for the movies. There is no legal requirement that it be done and it is not done in most cases. What you need to be concerned about is the probate of the will. Check with the probate court in the county of her residence at the time of her death.
