Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Had a woman contact me via email stating she has a 3 1/2 year old daughter she knows is mine. Another mans name is on birth certificate. She says she wants to change it and she needs me to take DNA test. I think she is getting it through child support services. I knew nothing of this child for this long. What are my options?

Your options are to agree to take the test or to refuse. However, if you refuse, she may start legal proceedings and a judge may order you to take the test.
