Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

not working

I currently have joint custody with my ex over our two children. If I am currently not working can he take me back to court to get full custody of our two children?

Re: not working

No judge is going to change custody if your non-working is the only issue.

Re: not working

You obviously have a qwuestion which you did not ask, because work is pretty irrelevant to custody. It sounds like you are worrying about some case that has never been filed, and a parent should never worry about a non-existent case. If and when there is a case filed in court, you would then have a question that a lawyer can answer. Presently. you have not raised a legal question taht can be answered.
