Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I a written agreement with the mother of my child for childsupport that was notarized by public notary, if I wanted to just go and have childsupport file on myself through the courts would I be still legally bound by the written agreement?

The courts certainly can consider the agreement, but they may or may not follow it.
