Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My soon to be X and I are going through a divorce in which we own a home and a Toyoya Sequoyah together! Both of our names are on the title to both! She is saying I will stand no chance in getting the car or half the car that is rightfullly mine! She said she will fight me! We have a little girl and I realize that she needs the car, but am I at least entitled to something out of it? I have no car now and no place to call home! I need som money to put on a small car so I can get to work. Thanks so much!!

With a child, a home and a car at stake, you need a lawyer. Without detailed information there is no way to tell you what could happen, but it is fair to say that things will go worse without counsel. A court will have to determine how to divide assets, as well as addressing child support, alimony, custody and other issues.
