can my x-wife do this

Can my exwife call me. using profound words threats shes going keep me from seeing our kids.shes going too tell them to call me by my name.can`t call too check on kids.never lets me see report cards.I have a girl friend exwife calls her work.using the same profound words.This happens three days out of a week.is there somthing we can do to stop this

This type of behavoir amounts to harrassment. You should seek help from the local police on that matter. If she is in violation of a court visitation order, then you can file a contempt action against her. Feel free to contact my office for further consultation on the matter.
