Paid Family Leave

I would like to know if the Paid Family Leave Act apply to residents of Georgia, and if so How do I apply?

Family and Medical Leave Act (federal) is unpaid. Georgia has no paid leave act. To my knowledge, only California does, and it is only a percentage of the regular income.
