Legal Question in Medical Leave in Georgia

If returning to work in Georgia after taking paid, stress-related short-term disability leave as a full-time employee, and my supervisor refuses to schedule me full-time despite my being released from a doctor, is this illegal?

The first question is why is the employer required to continue ANY employment. Do you have a contract? Was your leave pursuant to the FMLA, and you are coming back from that? You need to provide many more details, as there is no general right or entitlement to any job.
