If I do have to use the FMLA for an illness and I go back prior to 12 weeks to my same position can my company reduce my salary?

Re: Slary

Assuming that your company is covered by FMLA and that you are qualified to take FMLA, then the company would not be able to reduce your salary upon your return from FMLA, unless you are considered a "key employee", which means that your salary is within the top 10% of all employees within 75 miles of your place of employment.
