Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
In 2007 my dad and step mom created a trust in the state of California. upon his death the trust was split into two separate trusts, one cannot be revoked and I am the the final benaficiary of that trust. Probate code 16061.7 article 2 states that when the first spouse dies the trust is to be execute in a timely manner, should I demand that my step mom execute the trust?

You can post this over and over, and you'll get the same answers. What was not clear about posting your question under California? However, either way, no lawyers on this forum have any of the documents so you can go see a lawyer (or contact a CA lawyer) or keep wasting time posting multiple times here.
