Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I was 17 when I saved up 1500 for a car i put the money down on the car, but because i was 17 i had to get the car in my moms name. I pay the car note of 166 a mnth, the only proof i have is the bank transfer statements for when i put the money in her account and receipts of when i paid for any of the car repairs and some text messages. I also have several people who can vouch for me paying the car note. I was the one driving it most of the time from work to school and picking them up from work. I can\'t get the car in my name, because i have no credit. I\'m only 18, ad credit card companies wot give me a card either, because i have no credit. The question is do i have a right to sue for reimbursement of all that i spent on the car?

For the second time, you've left out something.
Who are you wanting to sue? Why? Are you claiming someone should have paid for you to have the use of a car? (If so, that answer is no).
You make no sense at all. Who do you possibly think you could sue, and for what claim? Are you going to sue your parents for you only being 18? Your mom because she agreed to help you out in getting the car? The car dealer for agreeing to sell the car to you or your mom? Do you believe they agreed to give you your money back if you could not get a credit card? Who exactly do you believe did something to cause damage to you? At 18, it is time to start living in the real world and learning about basic money matters.
