What are the advantages to suing a Federal Agency in State Court

i am in the process of filing a joint complaint against several agencies including federal, state, and local for breach of contract, fraud and unjust enrichment. Should i file in state or federal court? What are the advantages and disadvantages of both?

It is virtually impossible to answer that question without knowing, among other things, the nature of the claims, the principal places of business and locations of the businesses, their contacts with Georgia if they are out-of-state, the amount of money at issue, the other relief you are requesting, etc., etc. Your lawyer will be able to discuss this with you. If you do not have a lawyer, and are stuck at this step, it is confirmation you need a lawyer.
