Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
Affidavit of publication
When you publish a legal notice in a newspaper, it has to provide an affidavit of publication as proof the notice ran. Is there an OCGA subsection or Administrative Procedural Rule that governs that? I'm having a problem getting a newspaper to send me an affidavit of publication so I'm looking for something legal to back up my letter I'm preparing to send to them. Thanks!

Re: Affidavit of publication
Instead of making this complicated, why not simply stop by the newspaper office and you'd probably have it in 2 minutes?
