Is there no appeal to a decision made by a county judge in a civil case?

There might be, there might not be. No one will able to answer your question based on the information (or lack thereof) you provided.
What I can say however is that if you want to appeal, you'll need an attorney. If you decide to appeal without an attorney, you will lose 100%. Unless you went to law school that is.
