Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I took some artistic nude photos for a portfolio book. I specifically said I didn't want them on the Internet. Now he decided to put them up on the Internet, claiming that his portfolio is now online. Is there anyway I can get him to take them down or to somehow censor them? (I didn't sign any model release and the primary intent was for him to use them for class, yet somehow I gave in under pressure to let him use them for his portfolio)

Since he has no release, publishing them either in a book or online may present legal problems for him. See an attorney.

The absence of paperwork can work both ways, since photographers generally own their photos and can use them. You also admit you gave him permission to use them. One thing is certain - it was poor judgment by both to not properly handle this properly. In this age, to have nude pics taken and NOT expect them to show up on in the internet and other places is just extremely poor judgment. This is the result that could be expected the instant you took off your clothes and allowed someone to take pictures.
