Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
Auto purchase
Purchased auto on 10/02/2006, all documents and contract dated 09/30/2006.Salesman lied about price,Never quoted price of trade in, finance person said he would redo contract on 10/03/2006, Now said he can,t.Is there any legal remedy for me?

When you sign a contract, it's signed. If both parties sign it, that's it. You don't EVER sign a contract if the terms are not as you expect them. When you do, you agree to those terms.
