I purchased a vehicle from my ex-boyfriend a (2006 mitsubishi montero)for less than half the value of the car's worth ($4000)he signed an agreement but now wants to either have the car back or have me pay him more money now that the relationship is completely over and is refusing to release the title over to me.

Take him to Magistrate Court (Small Claims Court).
