Benefit from Fraud

If I can prove I was defrauded in the purchase of a house by a broker and appraiser, can I also sue the lender who holds the security deed and benefits as a result of me being defrauded?

What is your claim against the lender? You don't have a valid lawsuit merely because someone got a benefit from the transaction. If you think you have a claim against some parties, see a lawyer to ascertain the appropriate claims.
