Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I bought a car from a used car dealer, 23 days later the engine blew up. I told the dealer and he allegedly replaced the engine and stated that the engine had a warranty. Two weeks after I got the car back the engine blew up again and now the dealer is giving me a hard time about the car saying that I intentionally blew the engine. Since I have had so many problems with this car and now the dealer (keep in mind there is a powertrain warranty in the contract) what legal steps can I take against the car dealer? Because I feel I shouldnt pay for a vehicle that has broken down on me twice with in a four week time period

We haven't read the warranty and don't know the facts. You likely have to pay whether the cars runs or not. The legal issue is are they responsible for the repair. If you dislike their answer, start by calling the Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs to start a complaint.
