bounced paychecks

i deposited my paycheck in my bank account and paid bills with it a week later the bank took the money out of my account due to employers nsf is my employer responsible for the bank and other fees caused by this check

You can ask, but how you deposit your check and then write checks was within your control and not your empoyer's control.
