Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
My boyfriend is deployed in Iraq. I live in his home with my two children. I pay all the bills there. We have been together for about a year. He now has decided that he does not want to be in a relationship and wants me out of the house by Jan. 1. Is there any legal action I can take in order to not have to move out of the home? I know GA doesn't recognize common law marriages, so what to do?

Unless you have a signed lease, you area tenant at will in his home and can be evicted on 60 days notice. Absent a lease or contract, you get to move.
Your boyfriend would have to provide you with at least 60 days' notice and, if you decide not to move by that date, he would then have to file a dispossessory action (eviction) in court. So, you have some time, but keep in mind that assuming he does this properly, there will be no defense to the eviction.
