Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
My ex boyfriend has filed Complaint in trover on me. for over 4000.00. since he has filed i have let him back into to get his stuff ... he had several chances to get ALL his stuff. He has not. No that he has not cancled I have filed a counter suit for Half of the past 2 years of rent he did not pay, Half of the uitlily bill he did not pay and Damages done to my house. He is not on the lease can i still win my case for the counter claim ?
