Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
Breach of contract?
I paid for a service to print, collate, seal, stamp, and send 1500 resumes and cover letters to the tune of $4200. The problem is that all of the undeliverable letters have never been sealed, virgin adhesive on everything. This calls to question the integrity of the entire mailing as I see it.
I am a professional and by virtue of their neglect to perform services as promised it appears to prospective employers that I am too careless to seal an envelope! Not good!
I am ticked off and wondering if I have a case for breech of contract, since the contract expressly indicates that the letters would be sealed and I have over 20 returned items that are obviously not sealed and never have been.
Thanks for your time.

Re: Breach of contract?
If the other party breached the terms of the agreement (and you did not commit a breach prior) you would most likely have a solid breach of contract claim. Your best bet is probably to file in the magistrate (small claims) court in the county where the defendant is located.
