Car Info
I have a 1994 monte carlo and I was wanting to sell, Well I have a friend that was wanting to take over payments over on the car. Well, I drew up a contract and let her sign it saying she would keep up the payments and the insurance payments. Anyway, for the last two months she has not paid her car payment or her insurance payments and I am trying to get my car back and need to go about doing it the legal way.

That was not a good idea. You are the responsible one if the payments are not made. You would, however, have a breach of contract claim against your friend for failure to make the payments.
