Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I had a car that I purchased from a buy here pay here dealer. I was in the process of changing insurance companies because the one I was with was charging me extra money for things I did not sign up for. The paper was sent to the deal that the vechile had no insurance. They cut the car off. On 4/15/09, they sent someone to pick up the car. When I call to see what was going on they stated that I was behind in payment which was only 2 weeks of 79.00. I called back to see what was the legal repo standard were in GA and they told me that they could do whatever they wanted. I said I never go a letter and he said well it is in the mail now. What are my legal rights?

If you are one day late or let insurance lapse for one minute, they can repossess the car. Expect to possibly be sued for the deficiency.
