Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I have my car stolen by someone whom I had a deal with to buy the car. The person disappeared with the car. The police would not help me. I file a lawsuit. The suit can not go anywhere since they don't have his address. A private investigator can not seem to find him. What else can I do? How do I get law enforcement to cooperate with me & start looking for him? Please advise.

There is usually more to the story than you posted, and those missing facts may be why the police are not interested in it as a criminal matter. If you do not know how to proceed with a lawsuit, you need to see a lawyer to handle it.
