What to do if one was in a car wreck with no license and no police report was made. Now being taken to court for damages that exceed the damage done in the wreck.

Get a good criminal lawyer. You could go to jail. And, if you were foolish enough to not call the police and get a report, you need a good civil lawyer too. Expect to pay a great deal of money for your criminal activity and poor judgment.
