Collecting judgment

I won a small CC judgment and found out the debtor has so many creditors lined up before me. it seems that no one has successful collect any judgement agaisnt this debtor. this debtor still in business defraud people and getting sued every years. is there law that do something about this guy?

I want my money but look like chance is little. please help!

The decision on how you plan to collect is one that you make with your lawyer before you sue, to determine if suit is even worth your time. Suing someone without assets is a waste of time, so you make that determination as to collectability first, then sue.
