Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I got into a collision yesterday in a privately owned parking deck that is poorly lit and confusing to drive in. The only indication that a row is intersected by an aisle is a sign above the intersection, which is poorly lit. There is nothing on the ground that tells you to stop, nor are there speed bumps. Apparently this issue occurs at this parking deck once or twice a week. I was driving at regular parking lot speed, but did not see that the aisle I was came to an intersection. There are parked cars lined up to the very ends of the aisles. I know I am at fault for not being more cautious, but because this incident occurs so often, do I have a case against the owners of parking deck?

The key words of your post - "I know I am at fault..." Parking decks are a place where people should always drive extra carefully. You admit you were not as cautious as you should have been.
