a company that was hired by my apartment complex set my apartment on fire. i wanted to know what i can do legally to have the company pay for personal property damage done by the workers negligence

If you were foolish and did not have renters insurance, you can sue the landlord unless they pay.

If you were smart and have renter's insurance, call your insurer.
