Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Is this contract void?

I signed a membership contract with a gym 5 months ago. I now want to cancel my membership, but the gym won't let me cancel the membership. In the contract, several items required by GA law are not included. Because these items are not in the contract, is the contract now void? The items not included are in GA Code 10-1-393.2. sections E, the inset text in section f, g, h, i )especially i 2b), k.
