Corporate Representation
Does a Georgia Corporation need to be represented in small claims court by an attorney? What law addresses this issue?

Re: Corporate Representation
A corporation is a separate legal "person" and cannot represent itself in court. Therefore, a lawyer must appear for the corporation.
