Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I am a Cosmetologist, working under a contract for the tenant of a facility. That tenant was arrested weeks ago for assault against his wife, what does this do for my contract?

Nothing at all. It has nothing to do with you.

It has no effect on your duties under the contract. It doesn't affect his either. In practical terms, though, he may become unable to fulfill those duties if he goes to jail. There may be a variety of other ways that being arrested would result in him failing to do what the contract says he must do. He would then be in breach. I don't have enough information to say how that would impact you or what, if anything, you could do in response.

Good luck.
