Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I'm a county employee in Georgia. A lady fell after stepping into a pot hole at the local trash waste facility and broke her hip. Her lawyer tried to sue the county for damages, but couldn't, SO they're now suing me. The county board of commissioners are not backing me up in any way. what can I do?

If you have been sued, it is important that you retain a lawyer quickly, as you only have 30 days to respond.
