Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
There was a court repoter present in a small claims court I was involved in. When I asked for a copy I was told I could not have one as because one of the witnesses paid for it and he did not want me to have one. Is that true?

Yes, the next time you go to court you either need an attorney or at least study first.
Unless you tell a court you want to pay a take down fee and request a reporter in advance, you don't get one.
