Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
CPR & First Aid
If I am certified in First Aid and/or CPR and choose not to render aid to someone in need, am I liable? In other words, am I more liable that someone who is not certified in First Aid and/or CPR if I choose not to assist in an emergency.

Re: CPR & First Aid
Unless you begin to aid someone, you have no legal duty to help someone. And I know of no law that creates an exception for people who are CPR certified.

You have a unique situation. You should consult with a local insurance agent about coverage.
